Pro Fishing Tip of the Week: ’Tis the season for re-spooling with braid

While monofilament line still has its place, I haven’t found any applications on spinning tackle that couldn’t be effectively accomplished with a braided main line and a fluorocarbon leader. Braided line mitigates twist, has no memory, has better sensitivity, casts farther, and can last many seasons.
